• Is the job guaranteed ?

Certainly, we offer a 72-hour warranty on our End of Lease cleaning package. In the event that any item is found to be incomplete or not properly cleaned, we will arrange for our team to return as soon as possible to rectify the issue at no extra cost to you.

 

• Why are walls, blinds, and white goods not included in the basic package?

Not all properties require cleaning of these items. Items included in the basic package are compulsory for a move/out, bond or end of lease clean. We have the option to add-on these extra items at a cost to tailor your needs.

 

• Is the quote provided the final price?

Extra charges might incur when job conditions are particularly challenging (extra hours required than originally anticipated)
